1. Legal Entity & Governing Law:
"VINACHY" operates as a registered business entity in the United Kingdom. All transactions and agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with UK law.

2. Purchases & Payments:
All payments are securely processed and encrypted via authorized global gateways. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.

3. Distance Selling Rights:
In compliance with UK consumer regulations, customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

4. Cost Liability for Returns:
We provide free worldwide shipping on all orders. However, if a return is requested due to a change of mind, the customer is 100% responsible for all return shipping costs to our designated warehouse. We only cover return costs for proven defective or incorrect items.

5. Product Accuracy:
We make every effort to display product colors and materials accurately. We reserve the right to modify prices, update product descriptions, or discontinue items without prior notice.
